As part of Adelaide National Park City you are invited to participate in a guided walk at Hope Valley reservoir reserve with reservoir rangers. Learn about how we continue to provide safe, reliable and affordable water services to the South Australian community and discover the plants and animals that call the surrounding reserve home, on a free guided walk with our Reservoir Ranger team. Our rangers will explain their role in taking care of these special places, and how SA Water store, treat and deliver drinking water sourced from the reservoir to homes and businesses in the local area.
Bookings essential. The event will require walking along trails, which can be uneven and undulating. The initial section will be on Grade 1 trail, which is suited for people of all abilities.
Green Adelaide acknowledges the Kaurna people as the Traditional Owners of the lands and waters of the Adelaide region, upon which we have the privilege to work and connect. We acknowledge and respect the cultural, spiritual, physical and emotional connection that Kaurna Miyurna (Kaurna People) hold with their land, waters and community, and we pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging. Green Adelaide will work in partnership with the First Peoples of South Australia to take a leading role in caring for their Country.
