If you've always wanted to try your hand at flat water kayaking now's your chance! Join us at Happy Valley reservoir reserve for free guided come and try tours - no previous paddling experience required. These one-hour sessions are hosted by Paddle SA qualified kayaking instructors focusing on safety and exploration of some of the 110 hectares of open water at Happy Valley reservoir reserve. What to bring: Enclosed footwear only (no thongs or open footwear permitted) - Long-sleeved top (non-cotton) and shorts or active wear recommended (no denim) - Windproof jacket and thin/warm jumper - Change of clothes - Reusable drinking bottle - Sunscreen - Wide brim hat - Sunglasses secured with a strap or string - Snacks/energy bar - Towel. Parking is available off Chandler's Hill Road, southern side, opposite Kenihans Rd round near the kayak launch point.
